Vice President, Support & Operations
As Vice President of Support & Operations, Sameer Mohiuddin is responsible for creating Bitcentral’s dedicated customer service environment as well as championing quality assurance programs and processes throughout our System Operations, Client Services, and Production teams.
Before taking over Client Services, Sameer played a key role in developing the SQA department from the ground up, and introduced the engineering testing and release process to the development life-cycle at Bitcentral.
As VP of Support, Sameer provides oversight in many areas of the organization and introduces quality improvement measures and metrics to support the company’s unrelenting drive for technological advancement. Under Sameer’s leadership, the Support teams strive for a consistent approach to Knowledge Base and First Contact Resolution numbers, where the goal is to help our clients as efficiently as possible, with an eye on resolutions that fit our client needs and timeframes.
Prior to joining Bitcentral, Sameer was in SQA Management at SunGard and HIS. He managed local and offshore QA teams and worked on building new software testing procedures, software automation, testing methodologies, test processes, and SOPs.
Sameer has a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Additionally, he has completed multiple TQM and Software Quality Management programs. Sameer’s quest for progress never ceases, he tirelessly works on keeping himself and the Support & Operations teams at Bitcentral up to date with new quality measures and protocols.
