Clarke to complement Bitcentral’s sales, support and service functions while defining and aligning financial goals

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 12, 2020 — Bitcentral Inc., a well-known provider of efficient media workflows in the U.S. and Latin America, has announced Kieran Clarke as Chief Revenue Officer, effective immediately. The role is newly created this year.

With more than two decades of experience in media, Kieran will add a new level of creativity and strategic insight to our team,” said Greg Mason, Bitcentral President. “A position like this will be transformative for our company and our customers and will allow us to focus on revenue in new ways that haven’t yet been explored in our 20-year history. Kieran is a recognized leader in the industry, and we look forward to putting his skills to use as we look ahead to what’s next for Bitcentral and the solutions we offer.”

As Chief Revenue Officer, Clarke will have a large part in aligning company resources, defining go-to-market strategies, and delivering revenue performance goals. He will oversee revenue operations, including establishing and executing company revenue strategy, systems, and programming.

I’m pleased to be joining Bitcentral and collaborating with our talented team as we navigate the new digital landscape, monetization, and other revenue streams that are becoming more prominent now than ever before,” Clarke said. “Throughout my career, I’ve had a front-row seat to the shifting media landscape and the innovations required to be impactful and engaging, and I know we can capitalize on Bitcentral’s potential through robust solutions to better serve customers in the months and years ahead.”

Prior to joining Bitcentral, Clarke developed his own media consulting business, CMC Clarke Media Consulting, where he provided counsel and advice to CEOs, senior management, entrepreneurs and investors in the media and media technology space. Additionally, he served as vice president and general manager for FOX 46 Charlotte for nearly three and a half years, where he was responsible for directly managing six vice presidents and overseeing more than 125 employees, all while providing transformative leadership over operations and strategic direction of Fox-owned duopoly.

Before that, Clarke held the role of executive vice president and general manager for Meredith Corporation, creating programming and digital platforms, including the groundbreaking Meredith Video Network, and at Tribune Broadcasting, where he spent 12 years in roles spanning coast to coast, from New York to Los Angeles. Clarke is a graduate of Curry College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program at NYU Stern, with a focus on disruptive and creative leadership tracks. Clarke currently lives in Connecticut with his wife and will operate remotely.
