NEWPORT BEACH, CA – April 13, 2012 – Bitcentral, dedicated to empowering newsrooms to produce more content for more platforms, takes customer service to the next level with the launch of a major new initiative Bitsocial, a free customer service portal
Bitsocial is a free customer real-time portal featuring: knowledge search, training links, access to open and closed cases, product idea rating. Bitsocial will allow users to communicate directly with each other and with Bitcentral support – it will empower customers to have a voice and help build better products and deliver better service.
Engineers can keep up to date with the latest product releases and find ways to make their systems work more efficient and effectively. Customers can see in real time the status of open or closed support cases and log further questions.
The initiative has been piloted with Hearst TV stations and the feedback is very positive. Engineers were able to sese true and immediate value from the Bitsocial portal, with the team staying up to date and being able to solve problems in real-time and often before they escalate.
